Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Three to five years experience in high-volume food preparation
- One year experience in a supervisory or coordinator role
- Proficiency in English reading and keyboard navigation
- Knowledge of food service regulatory standards
- Current County Food Handler's card
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with HAACP food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to maintain composure and productivity under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum of three to five years experience in high-volume food preparation
- At least one year in a lead or coordinator role
- Ability to read English and proficient keyboard skills
- Knowledge of food service standards and supervision principles
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point food safety program
- Ability to remain calm and prioritize in high-pressure situations
Job Duties
- Lead and organize food service staff to ensure efficient production workflow
- Collaborate with Executive Chef, Manager, and clinical teams on food-related operations
- Maintain high-quality food production standards and ensure regulatory compliance
- Train employees on cooking methods, presentation, portion control, and food safety
- Manage food costs through standard recipes, waste control, and vendor agreements
- Oversee food production for special events and menu planning
- Promote effective communication and continuous quality improvement within the department
