Job Duties

  • support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • assist with ordering, inventory, and cost control
  • contribute creatively to seasonal menus and specials
  • step in to lead the kitchen in the Chef's absence
