Job Duties
- support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
- lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
- maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
- ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- assist with ordering, inventory, and cost control
- contribute creatively to seasonal menus and specials
- step in to lead the kitchen in the Chef's absence
