Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a leadership role
Current valid food handler’s permit or ability to obtain within 7 days
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work evening shifts Wednesday through Saturday
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
Passion for barbeque cuisine and teamwork

Job Qualifications

21 plus years of age
Ability to acquire a Salt Lake County Health Department Food Handler's Permit within 7 days of hire
Proven culinary skills and leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
