- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club or hotel or cruise line environment
- ServeSafe Certification preferred
- Experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments
- Direct and support day-to-day kitchen operations
- Supervise food production and sanitation staff
- Assist with hiring and training new kitchen staff
- Take charge of kitchen opening, closing, and other side duties as directed
- Participate in inventory management and development of par sheets
- Place food and supply orders
