Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management in a high-volume environment
- Proven ability to manage business operations and financial aspects
- Skilled in using POS systems and online reservation tools such as OpenTable
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
- Understanding of business operations and financials

- Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
- Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
