- current ServSafe certificate for San Bernardino County required

Job Duties
- assist in management of daily operations of food production services including patients meals, retail and catering operations
- execute catering functions
- maintain operating standards
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations related to patients meals, catering and retail
- ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- assist Chef with management of kitchen staff
- fill in as Cook II as needed
