Job Requirements

  • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
  • high volume background
  • impeccable communication skills
  • restaurant management knowledge
  • thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • catering experience

Job Duties

  • mentor and lead kitchen staff to foster a creative and growth-oriented environment
  • oversee daily operations of multi-outlet high volume kitchen settings
  • implement diverse and trending menus with stunning food presentation
  • manage food quality, safety, and hygiene standards
  • coordinate catering services and special events
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • assist in training and developing culinary team members
