Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years as a sous chef in a full-service restaurant
  • Commitment to exceeding health and safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
  • Manage food safety and health compliance
  • Assist in menu development and innovation
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
