Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen supervisory role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Plan menus and utilize food surpluses and leftovers effectively
- Estimate food consumption and requisition kitchen supplies
- Review menus, analyze recipes, and determine costs
- Assign prices to menu items and direct food apportionment policy
- Supervise kitchen personnel and coordinate assignments
- Observe methods of food preparation, portion sizes, and garnishing
- Test cooked foods by tasting and smelling
- Devise special dishes and develop recipes
- Train newly hired chefs and cook apprentices
- Establish and enforce nutrition and sanitation standards
- Achieve budget goals for food and labor costs
- Attend trainings and meetings
- Deliver exceptional guest experience through hospitality and food service
