Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a chef in a full-service restaurant
- basic understanding of food safety and health regulations
- knowledge of food cost and inventory management
- ability to manage and develop kitchen staff
- strong communication skills
- capability to work effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- completes EcoSure documentation and addresses deficiencies
- runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position
- collaborates with BOH and FOH teams for line checks and health inspections
- responsible for hiring and developing BOH employees
- manages employee schedules and payroll reporting
- partners with Executive Chef to manage P&L and maximize profits
- maintains open communication with FOH to ensure guideline adherence
