Job Requirements
- Three or more years progressive culinary experience
- Passion for culinary arts
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Adaptable interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English reading, writing and verbal communication
- Ability to calculate basic math principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to lift, balance and carry (with assistance) up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to withstand warm to hot environments for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Uphold and role model the company’s principles of People, Place, and Character, while encouraging direct reports to embody values
- Be a key partner with the Executive Chef, Culinary leaders and F+B management team, demonstrating a united front committed to guest experience
- Collaborate with and coach the team to uphold food integrity, guest experience, cleanliness, and culinary space maintenance
- Deliver on guest expectations for an amazing culinary experience balancing flavors, temperatures, and textures
- Understand operational metrics such as KPIs and P&Ls and connect them to operational observations
- Coach and mentor the team on skill development, technique, and menu execution
- Facilitate open communication through daily line ups, leadership meetings, and all staff meetings
- Participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, supervising, coaching, and motivation of culinary associates
- Observe conditions of physical facilities and equipment, collaborating with Engineering and vendors for improvements
- Maintain communication with Executive Chef and F+B Management to align on priorities and plans
