Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to perform line checks and facility walks
- experience managing staff schedules and payroll
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of labor laws and food cost management

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the line
- performs precise line checks and facility walks
- adheres to EcoSure with proper documentation to meet company standards
- runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation
- collaborates with BOH and FOH team ensuring compliance with health and safety inspections
- responsible for hiring and developing back of house employees
- manages schedules and reports payroll hours according to company standards and state laws
- partners with Executive Chef on P&L management to maximize profits through food cost management, labor, and inventory control
- maintains open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
