Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant chef experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen health standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in managing schedules and payroll compliance
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Minimum of two years experience as a chef in a full service, high volume restaurant
- Basic knowledge of financial aspects of business operations

Job Duties
- Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, adhere to EcoSure protocols with proper documentation
- Run high volume service periods from expo or wheel to ensure food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams, participate in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
- Hire, develop, schedule, and manage back of house employees, report payroll hours in compliance with company and state laws
- Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, optimize food cost, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
- Maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Ensure consistent quality and operational standards are met during service
