Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of relevant chef experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen health standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in managing schedules and payroll compliance
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Open and close the line, perform precise line checks and facility walks, adhere to EcoSure protocols with proper documentation
  • Run high volume service periods from expo or wheel to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with BOH and FOH teams, participate in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring a safe production environment
  • Hire, develop, schedule, and manage back of house employees, report payroll hours in compliance with company and state laws
  • Partner with Executive Chef to manage P&L, optimize food cost, labor, inventory control, and restaurant performance
  • Maintain open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to company guidelines
  • Ensure consistent quality and operational standards are met during service
