Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-end catering and dining
  • Production culinary experience in upscale restaurant, retail, or catering environment
  • Menu planning experience

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high standards environment

Job Duties

  • Implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for hospital including catering, retail menus, LTO's, STG, mindful dining options, garnishing, panning charts, production, puree standardization, FMS sheets, inventory control, HACCP, cleaning schedules, staffing plans, presentation and quality of food, kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Monitor food management systems including audits and implementation for new menus
  • Be responsible for food and physical safety compliance
  • Implement innovative and fresh culinary ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
  • Create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients in hospital
  • Assist in menu planning and ensure compliance with Sodexo standards
  • Support kitchen staff and manage culinary operations efficiently
