Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and culinary team supervision
  • Implement diverse and trending menus with creative presentation
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Coordinate catering events and high-volume food service
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
