Job Requirements

  • Culinary experience in a similar role
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Ability to cook large quantities of food

Job Duties

  • Prepare food in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards
  • Follow established policies and procedures
  • Maintain quality food service at all times
  • Coordinate with Director of Culinary Services and facility Administrator
  • Cook a variety of foods in large quantities
  • Provide good customer service
  • Make independent decisions when necessary
