Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Basic understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety and health regulations
  • Ability to manage and develop a team

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the line
  • Performs precise line checks and facility walks
  • Adheres to EcoSure standards with proper documentation and addresses deficiencies
  • Runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position ensuring food quality and presentation
  • Collaborates with back of house (BOH) and front of house (FOH) teams
  • Participates in EcoSure and health inspections ensuring safe production environment
  • Manages hiring, scheduling, and payroll compliance for back of house employees
  • Partners with Executive Chef to manage P&L through food cost management, labor, inventory control
  • Maintains open communication with FOH team to ensure adherence to guidelines
