Job Requirements

  • Bring an energetic hustle and positive attitude to every shift
  • Able to tolerate long periods working on foot
  • Able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat or cold
  • 1-3 years of culinary management experience
  • Culinary arts degree preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and daily operations management of the kitchen

  • Oversee kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation practices
  • Manage scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management and bar teams to maintain standards
  • Support special events and catering functions as needed
