Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • a minimum of two years of professional cooking experience
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to follow company policies and food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • culinary degree preferred
  • commitment to teamwork and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • culinary degree preferred but not required
  • minimum of two years of professional cooking experience preferably in high-volume food service environment
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage inventory and reduce waste
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • support daily kitchen operations
  • prepare menu and ingredients
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • monitor waste and inventory controls
  • assist with special event execution
  • oversee daily prep work
  • maintain accurate temperature and compliance logs
  • mentor Back of House staff
  • master all BOH stations
  • provide support for efficient kitchen operations
