3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
high volume background
impeccable communication skills
restaurant management knowledge
thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
catering experience
culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Qualifications

3-5 plus years in supervisory or sous chef roles
experience in contract dining settings such as hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining
strong culinary knowledge with emphasis on menu implementation and presentation
excellent communication and leadership skills
experience with high-volume food service

Job Duties

assist in menu planning and development
supervise and mentor kitchen staff
ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
manage food preparation in a high-volume environment
maintain inventory and kitchen safety standards
collaborate with management to execute diverse and trending menus
oversee catering operations
