Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations including menu preparation cooking and food presentation
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean organized and compliant kitchen environment following all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitor inventory levels assist with ordering supplies and manage food costs
  • Contribute to menu development recipe testing and seasonal specials
  • Lead by example to foster teamwork training and a positive work environment
