Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to manage and develop teams
  • familiarity with payroll and scheduling
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the line
  • performs precise line checks and facility walks
  • adheres to EcoSure and health inspection documentation standards
  • runs high volume service periods from expo or wheel position
  • ensures food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • manages hiring and development of back of house employees
  • manages employee schedules and reports payroll hours
  • partners with Executive Chef on profit and loss management
  • assists with food cost management, labor, inventory control and restaurant performance
  • maintains open communication with front of house team to ensure adherence to guidelines
