Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree (A.S.) or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Proven success in high-volume or multifaceted foodservice operations
  • Catering and event experience is a big plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and grow your team
  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for hospitality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital literacy
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to acquire

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to compose fresh, seasonal menus for multiple outlets
  • Lead the execution of service in multiple outlets, including catering and daytime events that leave a lasting impression
  • Coach and mentor your team to deliver outstanding food quality and hospitality
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls with precision
  • Roll out innovative culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams
  • Ensure the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
