Job Requirements
- Culinary degree (A.S.) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven success in high-volume or multifaceted foodservice operations
- Catering and event experience is a big plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and grow your team
- A creative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for hospitality
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital literacy
- ServSafe certification or willingness to acquire

Job Duties
- Partner with the Executive Chef to compose fresh, seasonal menus for multiple outlets
- Lead the execution of service in multiple outlets, including catering and daytime events that leave a lasting impression
- Coach and mentor your team to deliver outstanding food quality and hospitality
- Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls with precision
- Roll out innovative culinary programs in collaboration with our marketing and culinary teams
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
