Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
  • strong culinary skills and wine knowledge
  • experience in high-volume upscale or resort dining
  • ability to lead and develop culinary teams
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to quality and consistency

Job Qualifications

  • proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant

Job Duties

  • support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals
