Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience in a leadership role
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sous chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage a kitchen team effectively

Job Duties
- Execute culinary programs with and in absence of the executive chef
- Maintain close communication between back of house and front of house teams
- Ensure high standards of execution and plate presentation
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff
- Support staff development and training
- Assist in menu planning and innovation
- Monitor food quality and safety standards
