Job Requirements
- culinary degree or at least 4+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or club
- previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- food management certification preferred but not required
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Job Duties
- assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations and execution of service
- supervise and support line cooks and other kitchen staff
- contribute to menu creation
- maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- assist with à la carte service and banquet production
- uphold sanitation standards in accordance with health department regulations
- train and mentor kitchen staff while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen environment
