- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred
- physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
- willingness to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and during school breaks
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties
- clean assigned areas daily
- assist with setup and takedown of special events
- perform basic maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
- assist with replacing HVAC unit roof filters occasionally
- lift and move items weighing 50-75 lbs regularly
- support custodial needs across district buildings as needed
