- Proven success in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
- Strong wine knowledge across regions and varietals

Job Duties
- Oversee and curate the wine program including BTG selection purchasing and inventory
- Provide a world-class wine experience to guests through thoughtful pairings and personalized recommendations
- Lead wine education and training for FOH staff to ensure consistent excellence
- Build and maintain strong vendor and distributor relationships
- Collaborate with ownership and leadership to drive wine sales and profitability
