Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of similar work experience
- 3 years of managing a cocktail restaurant and bar
- experience with creative cocktail recipe execution
- knowledge of latest trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
- experience in scheduling and labor cost management
- strong organizational skills
- experience with inventory control and payroll
- ability to multitask
- flexible to work long hours and 24-hour operations
