Job Qualifications

  • at least three years managing a cocktail restaurant and bar

  • knowledge of current trends in cocktails, beer, spirits, and wine
  • strong organizational and technical skills
  • proven leadership and team-building abilities
  • experience in administrative roles including inventory and payroll management
  • ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee cocktail and bar operations
