Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible working schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Serve Safe Certification required
- 1 year experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate well with direct supervisors, clients, and other staff

Job Duties
- Prepare and coordinate orders to ensure they are cooked in a timely, accurate, consistent and quality manner
- Have a working knowledge of all culinary equipment
- Comply with Health Department regulations and requirements as well as Sodexo Live's standards for sanitation and safe food handling
- Communicate effectively with direct supervisors, clients, and other staff
- Work under pressure and independently
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibly work nights, weekends, and holidays
