Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- capacity to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
- ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
- must be dressed in proper dress code requirements, looking neat, clean and professional at all times

- must be skilled in effectively communicating with guests in order to generate enthusiasm about the d&b experience
- must be able to read and communicate in english
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- welcome and engage all guests by providing exceptional service that creates unforgettable experiences
- create an environment of high engagement and fun for guests
- guide groups of guests through collaborative activities and games
- be the knowledge master of the game types and provide tips and tricks to guests to have the best experience
- support guests with any service and basic technical questions and alert the amusement team when something beyond basic technical assistance is required
