Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend and stoop frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of arcade or social games helpful but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy environments
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Basic technical aptitude to assist guests
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or significant matters
- Welcome and engage all guests with exceptional service
- Create an environment of high engagement and fun
- Guide groups through collaborative activities and games
- Provide tips and knowledge about game types
- Support guests with service and basic technical questions
- Partner with Service Team for prompt beverage and food service
- Complete side work for Social Bays setup and breakdown
- Reset and clean bays to approved standards
- Adhere to sanitation procedures
- Follow alcohol awareness and handle intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and report concerns to manager
- Assist other team members as needed
- Maintain positive working relationships
- Communicate effectively to generate enthusiasm
- Adhere to dress code and professionalism
- Must be at least 18 years old
