Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary or kitchen leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods
- Must obtain valid Food Handlers or Manager Food Safety Certificate

Job Duties
- Assist culinary leadership with daily kitchen operations and food preparations
- Support and guide culinary team members including cooks and dishwashers
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food safety preparation, cooking, and plating during service
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspaces
- Help coordinate food production to ensure timely service during events
- Assist with inventory management, production rotation (FIFO), and stock organization
- Monitor product levels and communicate ordering needs to culinary leadership
- Support training of culinary team members on kitchen procedures and safety standards
