Job Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in warehouse operations management
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading both direct and indirect reports
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Strategically lead warehouses to ensure seamless logistics flow and achievement of performance goals and OKRs
- Partner with the Regional Vice President to identify, design, and execute network-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
- Take full accountability for the regional profit and loss, managing budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure 100 percent safety compliance across all sites, fostering a safety-first culture
- Direct, coach, and mentor site leaders across warehouses, empowering them to manage their teams effectively
- Lead succession planning and professional development for the leadership tier
- Act as a champion for Veho’s values and foster a high-performance, merit-based environment
- Maintain a high level of visibility within warehouses, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Serve as the primary point of contact for market operational updates, communicating clearly with executive leadership and frontline teams
