Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic knowledge of the local area preferred
- Ability to maintain physical stamina for shuttle driving and light housekeeping tasks
Job Qualifications

- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- Provide clean and safe shuttle transportation to and from the hotel and neighborhood vicinity
- Offer information regarding the hotel and local area to guests
- Assist guests as needed with various requests
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Ensure shuttle vehicles are clean and well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and transportation regulations
