Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Valid Class A CDL license

  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Refrigerated trailer experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Safely maneuver and transport truckloads of product and materials to plants, customers, and distributors as assigned
  • Perform drop-and-hook operations and equipment interchanges, including live loading and unloading when required
  • Comply with all DOT requirements, including hours of service, electronic logging (ELD), vehicle inspections, load inspections, and load security
  • Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company safety policies
  • Utilize onboard safety features, vehicle tracking systems, and logging tools efficiently and accurately
  • Complete and submit all required documentation, including manifests, bills of lading
  • Verify seal integrity and ensure accurate case counts and product condition at pickup and delivery locations
  • Transport loads outside of typical routes, schedules, or customer assignments as needed to support operational demands
