Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience
- Valid Class A CDL license

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Refrigerated trailer experience preferred
Job Duties
- Safely maneuver and transport truckloads of product and materials to plants, customers, and distributors as assigned
- Perform drop-and-hook operations and equipment interchanges, including live loading and unloading when required
- Comply with all DOT requirements, including hours of service, electronic logging (ELD), vehicle inspections, load inspections, and load security
- Operate tractor-trailer equipment in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company safety policies
- Utilize onboard safety features, vehicle tracking systems, and logging tools efficiently and accurately
- Complete and submit all required documentation, including manifests, bills of lading
- Verify seal integrity and ensure accurate case counts and product condition at pickup and delivery locations
- Transport loads outside of typical routes, schedules, or customer assignments as needed to support operational demands
