Job Requirements

Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English
Ability to perform basic math
Ability to stand or walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
Ability to perform basic computer functions
Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift up to 60 lbs
Ability to work with fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic consequences
Ability to work in varying temperatures and tolerate dust and cleaning agents
Ability to climb ladders to retrieve items from overhead storage
Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
Ability to work cooperatively with others
Ability to work assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
Ability to engage and lead associates to achieve department goals

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven leadership and management experience in food service or retail environment
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Proficient in basic computer functions and relevant technology
Ability to manage inventory and department financials
Experience with HACCP and food handling procedures
Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines

Job Duties

Direct and supervise all Food Service Department functions and associates
Enforce safety and compliance with HAACP and food handling procedures
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment
Communicate and enforce department and company safety policies
Lead associate hiring, training, development, and performance feedback
Ensure proper product stocking, labeling, rotation, and presentation
Manage department financials to meet sales, profit, and operational goals
Oversee equipment maintenance and safe operation
Maintain accurate records, temperature logs, and production sheets
Promote positive customer experiences and associate engagement
Implement efficient department operations and regulatory compliance
Assist with food preparation, catering, and special orders
Complete applicable training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
