Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- ability to work in a warehouse environment
- ability to bend, walk, stand, and possibly sit for extended periods
- attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to use basic computer systems
- willingness to adhere to safety standards
- flexibility to assist other warehouse personnel when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or higher
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- experience in logistics, shipping/receiving
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone
- ability to think analytically with a focus on problem troubleshooting
- basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office
- a flexible and strong team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Accurately document all receivables from their multiple sources including FedEx, UPS, USPS, Pine Drivers, Customer Drop Off, and other sources
- promptly communicate with customers and supervisor for all discrepancies including missing items, damages, unexpected returns, etc.
- enter all shipped and received items into ERP System (Infor M3)
- act as an active back up to other warehouse personnel when needed
- maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area always
- attention to detail is critical
- perform other duties as assigned
