Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of general office experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- AS400 experience preferred
- will be required to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form
- able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs/12kg
- able to stand, walk and sit as needed
- complete employment application
- submit to background investigation including past employment, education and criminal history
- pass drug screening
- work schedule Tuesday to Saturday 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM
- work at specific location
- maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of general office experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- AS400 experience preferred
- regular predictable full attendance
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- willingness to travel as necessary
Job Duties
- Maintain pallet tracking where applicable
- audit driver logs and trip reports
- track log and driver file DOT requirements
- liaise for internal customer support
- track return goods for close out of returns from private fleet
- perform various office and administrative duties including database maintenance and reporting
- prioritize workload and adjust as needed
- maintain confidentiality
- complete other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
