Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager or General Manager, the Shift Manager supervises restaurant employees and plays an integral part in maintaining guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance. The ideal candidate for this role will be service-oriented, detail-driven, and capable of managing the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment. A high school education or GED is required along with a valid driver’s license, highlighting the necessity for reliable and competent individuals capable of taking on this crucial responsibility.
