Job Requirements
- Prolonged/stationary standing, walking, squatting, bending, and repetitive hand/arm motions

Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in retail management, food service industry, or equivalent retail experience
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- basic math and reading skills including addition, multiplication, and subtraction
- ability to use and operate a calculator accurately
- attention to detail
- ability to develop leadership and coaching skills
- strong guest focus and excellent people skills including positive attitude and teachable spirit
- availability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations.
Job Duties
- Perform all team member responsibilities such as preparing dough and other products (lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons and yogurt)
- roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels/Cinnabons/yogurt
- prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's
- insert, rotate, and remove pretzel/Cinnabon trays
- monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
- oversee exceptional customer in-store experience by embodying the brand core values (F.I.B.E.R. and B.O.O.S.T.)
- execute and deliver quality store operations including cleaning blenders, small wares, merchandise and store facility
- operate food preparation machinery as per age requirement
- maintain stocking of supplies per inventory guidelines
- adhere to all Jamba food, safety and security guidelines
- master stations operations of the store
- provide a healthy consistent product that follows health, safety, and sanitation standards
- support brand adherence and training of team members
- dip, drain, and fill pretzels/cinnamon in warmer/hot plate
- prepare drinks and bag orders using health and safety measures
- direct and coordinate activities of team members and their breaks per state and federal law
- maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- coordinate replacements for call-offs/no-shows
- monitor product quality and adherence to operating procedures
- ensure guest service and positive guest experience
- address and resolve guests' needs, questions, and complaints
- assure all opening/closing procedures and maintenance are completed
- manage store funds including opening bottom safe and handling shift drawers
- run register reports, complete daily cash reports and sales log if closing
- follow all cash management policies
- comply with policies and regulations including OSHA, EPA, Right to Know, EEO, ADA.
