Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping stirring carrying and operating equipment
- Frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- Occasional sitting talking and active listening as required by the role
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly including food supplies dishware and equipment
- Use appropriate lifting equipment or assistance when handling heavier loads
- Ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Background in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants is a plus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Clear and effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions resolving issues with minimal disruption
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards and meeting customer expectations
Job Duties
- Supervise and lead team members during the shift ensuring tasks are performed effectively and efficiently
- Provide guidance coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure the team is trained on company policies procedures and best practices
- Delegate tasks to staff based on priorities and workflow ensuring all areas of the restaurant are covered
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle concerns ensuring customers leave with a positive impression
- Lead by example in providing friendly and efficient service to all guests
- Oversee the restaurant's daily operations including food preparation inventory management and cleaning procedures
- Ensure food is prepared to Wendy's quality standards and delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor restaurant performance including speed of service food quality and cleanliness
- Ensure accurate cash handling and register operations including opening and closing registers counting cash and processing transactions
- Assist in managing labor costs by adjusting staffing levels to meet demand
- Maintain adherence to company policies for handling cash credit cards and other forms of payment
- Ensure breaks meal periods and shifts are managed appropriately for staff
- Step in as needed to cover shifts or assist with additional tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food handling sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Monitor kitchen and dining areas maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift
- Oversee proper storage and handling of food and supplies to prevent waste or contamination
- Make quick and effective decisions in response to operational challenges customer issues or staff concerns
- Resolve conflicts among team members or with customers escalating to management as needed
- Communicate effectively with management staff and guests to ensure smooth operations
- Report issues equipment malfunctions or significant occurrences to the Restaurant Manager
- Provide feedback to management on employee performance and operational improvements
