Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to lift and push 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
  • Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ServSafe Certification
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Must follow the company personal care and hygiene policies
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents

Job Duties

  • Plan his/her shifts
  • Verify compliance of procedures and protocols
  • Attend and resolve problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
  • Assist the General Manager
  • Coach and lead a team with no supervision
  • Involve himself in the operational and technical training of employees
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
  • Verify customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
  • Open/close restaurant
  • Assist with inventory logging
  • Assist with staffing needs
  • Assist with controllables and labor
  • Maintain overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils
  • Follow and abide by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
