Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or grocery store operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to handle stocking and merchandising tasks
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or grocery management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising
Job Duties
- Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director
- Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
- Prepare products for floor merchandising including stocking shelves and building displays
- Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them with finding items they are looking for
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during the shift
- Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries
- Maintain store standards and ensure a positive shopping environment
