Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in retail or grocery store operations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Physical ability to handle stocking and merchandising tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or grocery management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of Store Director and Assistant Store Director
  • Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare products for floor merchandising including stocking shelves and building displays
  • Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them with finding items they are looking for
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure smooth operation during the shift
  • Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries
  • Maintain store standards and ensure a positive shopping environment
