- Previous experience in a customer service or food service environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Capability to handle cash and operate cash register

Job Duties
- Assist General Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily restaurant operations
- Direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Manage team leaders and members on team stations, products, processes, and policies
- Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through proper training and policy adherence
- Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer run
- Make final deposit of previous night’s receipts
