Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager and Assistant Manager to supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by managing daily restaurant operations
  • Direct other employees through their daily routines and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Manage team leaders and members on team stations, products, processes, and policies
  • Act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through proper training and policy adherence
  • Open restaurant, set up cash drawers, initiate computer run
  • Make final deposit of previous night’s receipts
