Job Requirements

  • Must possess valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
  • 1-2 years experience in a quick service restaurant or guest service industry in supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • Food Handlers certification may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift including bending, reaching, lifting and carrying max 50 pounds
  • Ability to competently perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Demonstrated commitment to the position and ability to work productively as team member

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrated ability to be a leadership partner with management and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead staff to achieve organizational goals
  • General knowledge of computers, POS systems and various software
  • Ability to perform basic business math skills
  • Cash handling skills desired
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to visually assess and evaluate safety hazards
  • Ability to communicate and maintain effective relationships
  • Ability to implement training and development plans
  • Ability to read, write and speak English effectively
  • Open availability for any shift

Job Duties

  • Support General Manager in supervising team delivering results in quality, guest service, food cost, labor cost, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Run shifts and assist General Manager in managing execution of company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • Know all work station functions and paperwork essential for recording and monitoring each job in the restaurant
  • Supervise 1 to 7 team members
  • Ensure objectives are reached in all areas while following company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance during shifts with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Support General Manager in creating and maintaining employer of choice environment
