Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Flexibility to work variable shifts starting as early as 6 am and as late as 12 am
- Ability to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, or move objects up to 55 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation

- Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
- Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate a team
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within operating hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Assist in running the restaurant with confidence, deliver fast and effective solutions
- Help lead with integrity and live the culture of Sonic Drive-In every day
- Create an oasis for guests by welcoming them with a smile and delivering world-class customer service
- Build trust within your team, recognize a job well-done
- Follow Sonic's operational policy and procedures
- Assist to train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
- Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotion
- Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
- Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness
