Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts starting as early as 6 am and as late as 12 am
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, pull, or move objects up to 55 pounds
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Sense of humor and an ability to effectively delegate responsibility and motivate a team
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within operating hours, with flexibility to work variable shifts
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Assist in running the restaurant with confidence, deliver fast and effective solutions
  • Help lead with integrity and live the culture of Sonic Drive-In every day
  • Create an oasis for guests by welcoming them with a smile and delivering world-class customer service
  • Build trust within your team, recognize a job well-done
  • Follow Sonic's operational policy and procedures
  • Assist to train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers
  • Identify and foster talent in your team, develop high performers for promotion
  • Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
  • Assist with scheduling, labor management, and local restaurant marketing
  • Lead with a culture of food safety that exceeds company standards in food quality, food safety practices, and cleanliness
