Job Duties
- Jump in wherever needed whether it is taking orders running food making drinks or assisting guests
- Manage shift flow and communication between front of house and back of house keeping an eye on ticket times guest experience and team positioning
- Support team members during peak periods with in-the-moment coaching and positive leadership
- Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures
- Lead by example in cleanliness hospitality and work ethic
- Handle minor guest recovery situations and escalate larger issues when necessary
- Uphold and model Dish Society s values of hospitality pride growth and connectedness
