Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Open availability including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
  • Reliable and organized
  • Ability to lead and support a team

Job Duties

  • Jump in wherever needed whether it is taking orders running food making drinks or assisting guests
  • Manage shift flow and communication between front of house and back of house keeping an eye on ticket times guest experience and team positioning
  • Support team members during peak periods with in-the-moment coaching and positive leadership
  • Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures
  • Lead by example in cleanliness hospitality and work ethic
  • Handle minor guest recovery situations and escalate larger issues when necessary
  • Uphold and model Dish Society s values of hospitality pride growth and connectedness
