Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and support a team
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Jump in wherever needed - whether it's taking orders, running food, making drinks, or assisting guests
  • Manage shift flow and communication between FOH and BOH, keeping an eye on ticket times, guest experience, and team positioning
  • Support team members during peak periods with in-the-moment coaching and positive leadership
  • Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures
  • Lead by example in cleanliness, hospitality, and work ethic
  • Handle minor guest recovery situations and escalate larger issues when necessary
  • Uphold and model Dish Society’s values of hospitality, pride, growth, and connectedness
